- Hold the paper with both hands out at arms length.
- With both eyes open, look at the a clock or some other distant object.

Cross-crawling energy-lock exercise (hemispherical balancing point good for 3-6 hours)
Do the following 4 times daily:
- Start marching slowly and smoothly with fluidity and precision.
- Keep the knees up at comfortably high level.
- Keep the knees straight, ie. don’t cross the body.
- Have the hands in loose fists.
- Have the fists facing forward, ie. thumbs facing up not sideways.
- Be sure that fists don’t cross the center of the body.
- The higher the fists go the better.
- Keep the elbows close to your side.
- Swing the arms in a smooth arc.
- Do not twist the upper torso.
- Use opposite synchronicity of arms and legs, ie as the right comes up, the left knee is up.
- If the right eye is dominant then when the right hand is up, turn the head 90 degrees to the right. As the left hand is up, turn the head forward.
- If the left eye is dominant then when the left hand is up, turn the head 90 degrees to the left. As the right hand is up, turn the head forward.
- Do 13 or more complete marches (left and right knees up). Note: Don't march before kinesiology testing.
- To unbalance do jumping jacks or holateral crawl (right hand & knee together.)
