Oooh, what you said!

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

When I first began my spiritual shift, Spirit told me that I needed to stop using certain expressions due to the negative results that would be manifested.  Perhaps you too have made some remarks that are not what you want to manifest.

Oooh, what you said!

“My back is killing me!”

“He/she is such a pain in the neck (butt, or other body location).”

“I want to be just like (name an individual)”

Innocently said but what are you manifesting?  If you understand that thought creates, then think how much more powerful that thought is when stated aloud.

Do you really want to have a back pain that kills you?  I am sure that you don’t but you may have uttered those words a few times too often and the Universe is ready to fulfill your desire.

If you back pain is really that bad, what are you doing about it?  Have you tried an Energy Alignment to put you back into alignment and to release any energy you may be holding in that or any other painful spot?

Then there is your remark about someone supposedly causing you pain.  Do you really want to create a pain in your body every time that you encounter that individual?

Now what about the phrase that many of us expressed as we were growing up:  “I want to be just like ……”  Little did we know that remark was almost like a vow.

Also little did we know that we were agreeing to take on all of the negative characteristics of the individual named along with their admirable traits.

Maybe that person has a weight problem or an addiction.  Did you really want to take those on too?

Ask for a cancellation of those remarks right now.  Set up a fresh slate for what you truly want to manifest in your life.  Seek assistance for pain relief.

Try to remember that what you want to manifest should be a positive statement and not a negative statement.  For example:  “I want a job where I can be promoted and get raises.” instead of:  “I do not want to be stuck in this dead end job forever.”

The words “not,” “no,” and “don’t” or any contraction of “not” should be left out of your statements.
