Angels are all around you, and you may even act as one for others on a regular basis.  When you speak or act from the heart, you are showing unconditional love for the individual regardless of who or what they are.  This is the act of an angel.

How often have you found yourself feeling better from the kindness expressed toward you when you are feeling down?  Maybe a kind word or different perspective helped shift you to a calmer or happier state of mind.  Perhaps a person encouraged you to pursue your goals or sat and listened when you needed to vent or mourn.  Maybe a person helped you when you were struggling. Or perhaps they were there to welcome a new family member, or pet.  Then again they may have just helped you celebrate your victories.  All of these are angelic acts that help us through this journey called life.

Perhaps you think these are the acts only of friends, but they can be the acts of mere acquaintances or perfect strangers.  Has someone ever shoveled the snow from your walk, held a door for you, assisted you with carrying a load of packages, or helped push your car?  Often these angelic acts were performed by someone seeing that you had a need and stepping in to be of assistance.

I recently read that the journey from the head to the heart is called “The 18-inch Journey.”  This acknowledges the distance from the head, where you recognize a need, to the heart, where you are led to act out of caring and compassion.

When acting as an angel you make this journey often throughout your day.  Maybe you were unaware of the difference that simple acts can make in the life of another.  Anytime you act as an angel you recognize the value in that person’s life and help to boost their self-esteem.  They may even have an “Ah ha” moment that influences the rest of their life.

Make every day one in which you let your Angel Heart lead you to soften the journey for another, letting them know they have value to contribute to the world.

The ability to have compassion for others extends beyond the illusionary borders of States and Countries. Compassion for others awakens in us a desire to know the origins of the suffering that we see. This seeking for answers questions the status quo.

While deepening our connection to others, we begin to see the oneness that has always been but was disguised by “me”ness, a feeling of powerlessness and fatigue.

The Rosa Parks of the world, for centuries, have shown us that one person can begin a demand for change that becomes a groundswell to force change.

I am feeling the need to share a few channelings of mine. Please, let me know your thoughts.

Be Resolute

There are many paths to enlightenment. Truth is a part of each one. Each year you make resolutions that go unfulfilled. This is because you are operating out of your “should have’s” and not out of what you truly have a passion to achieve.

If you have problems with self-sabotage that means you have no self-conviction or passion to hold you on your supposed “chosen” path. If you are passionate about something, you will be resolute in staying the course.

To find your chosen path, first seek the assistance of your inner guidance. Find out how to set reasonable goals, although, no goal is beyond your reach if you truly feel that it is attainable. The passion of your conviction spurs you to goal attainment.

The attainment must be the reward in and of itself. Striving for a goal gives meaning to your life.

Eyes wide open! Face the world and you will see much better and much more. How much have we closed our eyes from seeing the truth?! If the truth of what you see hurts, then work to fix it.

You see there are many facets to an issue and with eyes closed you miss the very ones needed for growth and improvement. The true sages of the world see both near and far and don’t let their emotions cloud their vision of truth for the truth shall set you free.

Spending time in contemplation and listening to what comes forth sets you on the path of greatest wisdom and knowledge. Sometimes you must get out of your own way by not holding yourself to your misperceptions or old beliefs.

When looking for an answer from your inner self, often time spent thinking and doing other repetitive activities things such as: knitting, running, puzzles, or games, allows the subconscious to bring forth new insights.

Truth perception is a matter of intention and allowing your guides to help you see what is needed. Sometimes we are so rigidly focused on one issue that we cannot see the forest for the trees. Sometimes there is so much focus on a particular outcome that a great opportunity is lost. The outcome that best suits your growth is not always the one of your choice, but it should be if you allow yourself to be open to many options.

Many think that titles or certifications are what matters, but it is only what you radiate from you heart that ultimately makes a difference. For it is written, it is from your heart that the true Source shines through.

If you seek degrees or certification for knowledge, then do so for what you gain to then share with others.  It is different than seeking for the status that degrees or certifications bring to you.  One is ego based and the other comes from the heart.  Many are those with so-called status but few are those fueled by a passion to be of assistance.

Count your day done if you have assisted someone, for it is better to fill your day with being in service to others than in service to self aggrandizement.

The ego mind or the heart, which do you choose?  Judgment is not a product of the heart, of Source, for only observation and love flow from there.

To be in your heart is related to being grounded in your body where you are anchored to receive.

Just BE, but be not in judgment, for as you judge so shall you be judged.  The Universal Law is that you reap what you sow.  Let the Holy Spirit be your guide in all matters of the heart.

You have seen that it is possible to be in a sharing mode but also be in ego and judgment as you make your remarks.  The ego rests secure in the conviction of superior knowledge.  The heart rests secure with what feel right for it, coming from a place of love and observation.

Remember you teach best from example, for others observe how you affect those around you. Those who come from the heart are known and loved for their deeds.

None can ruffle your feathers, anger or frustrate you if you are heart based, for things are what they are.  Seek not to change another, but to observe your reaction to them.  Ever the observer, in the moment, is how to BE.

Observe what triggers your responses and you will know where you are coming from.  Are you coming from an ego “want” or an observant and loving heart seeking perfection within you?
